Anne has outstanding marketing skills. The way she presented our home brought immediate interest and we received a full price offer in less than three days at a price point that was rare for our neighborhood. When wrinkles appeared in the inspection and negotiations over the allowances were underway, she was a steady presence through the uncertainty. All of her communications were purposeful, timely, and informative and they made us feel at ease. That's because she always came to us with a plan. She didn't just tell us what was happening; she would relay information, then tell us what to expect next, then gave us a strategy for the next stage, and finished with the what the outcome would most likely be. You had a sense of calm because you could tell she was on top of everything. The end result was we sold our house quickly at a great price and were able to move on to buying our next home.

Anne is amazing. My husband and I bought our house while I was living out of state and only he was in town. Despite the distance, Anne managed to work closely with both of us through the home buying process, leveraging technology to make me feel like I was right there the whole time (in fact - she spent the entire home inspection on the phone with me, letting me know what the inspector was doing, describing the house to me, and sending me photos).
